Nå som vi plutselig har fått full sommer allerede i mai, har grillen allerede fått kjøre seg en god del. Når det er så fint vær som nå, liker jeg å tilbringe mest mulig tid ute, og ved å grille får jeg jo det. I dag har jeg grillet svinefilet med asiatiske smaker. Jeg er svak for smaken av soyasaus, ingefær, chili og hvitløk, og synes det passer veldig bra som en glaze til grillmat.

Selv om det er et helt kjøttstykke, går det såpass fort å grille at det fint lar seg gjøre å sette i gang med dette en hverdag etter jobb. Mens kjøttet griller rekker du fint å koke ris, lage sausen og raske sammen en salat.

Oftest synes jeg det er bedre å legge større stykker kjøtt på grillen. Faren for at det blir tørt er da nemlig langt mindre. I tillegg bruker jeg steketermometer for å kontrollere at jeg ikke steker kjøttet mer enn nødvendig. Da blir resultatet alltid godt og saftig.

Ingredienser

  • 600 gr. ytrefilet av svin
  • 1/2 dl kejap manis
  • 1/2 dl soyasaus
  • 1 ss ingefær finhakket
  • 3 fedd hvitløk
  • 1 rød chili
  • 1 ss riseddik
  • 1 ss brunt sukker
  • salt og pepper olje til grillingen
  • 2 ss hvite sesamfrø

Fremgangsmåte

  • Gni kjøttet med olje og dryss på salt og pepper
  • Finhakk ingefær, hvitløk og chili.
  • Bland urtene med soyasaus, riseddik, kejap manis og sukker i en gryte og kok opp og la det koke til det tykner litt
  • Varm grillen til høy varme og legg på kjøttet. Snu det innimellom slik at kjøttet blir pent brunt på alle sider.
  • Når kjøttet er brunet rundt hele, senk temperaturen og grill under lokk på indirekte varme til kjøttet har en kjernetemperatur på 60 grader.
  • Rist sesamfrøene i en tørr stekepanne.
  • Pensle kjøttet med soyablandingen.
  • La kjøttet hvile i min 10 minutter før det skjæres opp i 1 cm tykke skiver. Hell over resten av sausen.
