En ny sommeruke og ferie for mange står for døren. For noen betyr det mindre matlaging med restaurantbesøk og enkle løsninger, mens andre vil bruke mer tid på kjøkkenet rett og slett fordi de kan. Nedenfor finner du en ukemeny med sommermat og noen forslag for alle. Makrell og hamburgere kan du ta på grillen. Cæsarsalat er jo bare så godt og er du lite lysten på å lage varm mat, kan du jo kjøpe ferdig grillet kylling.

Har du vært ute og fisket og hatt fiskelykke kan det jo hende du kommer hjem med sei eller annen hvit fisk. Lag noen skikkelig gode fiskekaker og server dem sammen med en mettende salat. Det er nydelig og smaker selvsagt ekstra godt når fisken er selvfanget. Reker er jo også alltid godt og skaper god stemingen med liten innsats. Eller hvorfor ikke lage en pai. Den er enkel å ta med seg ut på tur. Om det er i parken, på et skjær, eller en lysning i skogen, smaker det like godt.
