Tenk at det snart er jul – tredje søndag i advent. Det er nesten ikke til å tro hvor fort julen går. Dersom du ikke er i boks med juleforberedelsene, er det i hvert fall på tide å lage en plan for hvordan det skal skje. Hektiske dager blir det i  hvert fall for meg, og sikkert mange med meg også. Da er det godt å ha en plan for middagene og gjerne også ingrediensene kjøpt inn og klare i kjøleskapet. Da sparer du i hvert fall mye tid som kan brukes til andre og mer, skal vi si, presserende oppgaver.

Men det er jo ikke bare all work and no fun i desember, det er mye sosialt og hyggelig som skjer også. Så derfor slenger jeg inn et par gløggoppskrifter også denne uken. Først en tradisjonell rød gløgg og så en hvit gløgg. Begge er deilige og passer fint på en litt kald desemberdag, eller kveld.
