Siden i fjor høst har matbloggere hatt en utfordring på gang. Hver måned er det et nytt tema som vi skal lage en rett til. Denne måneden er det Mia som har bloggen miasmat som har bestemt temaet – og det er rask og god mat. Dette er et tema som garantert interesserer mange. I hvert fall interesserer det meg. Det hender ikke sjeldent at jeg helst skulle hatt maten klar for fem minutter siden. Da er det greit å ha noen retter som er superraske å lage i repertoaret. Denne spagettiretten er et slikt trumfkort. Den tar ikke lenger tid å lage, enn det tar å koke spagettien.

En ting som ofte tar litt tid for de fleste av oss når vi lager middag, er å kutte opp ting. I denne retten bruker jeg smårettskinke som er ferdig kuttet. Det sparer en del tid . En annen ting som er veldig greit med denne retten er at det er få ingredienser.  MEN selv om denne retten er rask å lage står den lite tilbake for andre retter når det gjelder smak. Den er rett og slett kjempegod, og vil nok falle i smak hos de fleste.

Kjøper du en pakke ferdig salatblanding til å ha ved siden av, vil det til og med være tid til å dekke et pent bord underveis. Dette er altså mitt bidrag til oppskriftsutfordringen denne måneden. Ingredienser

  • spagetti til 4 personer
  • 200 gr smårettskinke
  • 3 dl matfløte
  • 50 gr parmesan, fint
  • 1 knivsodd muskat

Fremgangsmåte

  • Kok spagettien etter anvisningen på pakken.
  • Mens spagettien koker, sett på en annen gryte og kok opp fløten.
  • Når fløten har tyknet litt ha oppi parmesanen og bland godt.
  • Ha oppi muskat og skinken.
  • Dersom sausen blir for tykk, ha litt av kokevannet fra pastaen oppi.
  • Hell av kokevannet fra spagettien og bland inn sausen.

Server med en grønn salat. Vel bekomme.
