Det er nesten ikke til å tro at januar går mot slutten. Jeg synes virkelig ikke det er lenge siden rakettene markerte inngangen til det nye året. Mitt forsett i år var å spise enda mere grønnsaker enn jeg har gjort før. Ikke at jeg har spist så lite før altså, men enda mere nå. Og det har ikke vært så vanskelig. En ekstra gulrot å knaske på her, en bit kålrot der og salat til lunsj. En neve mandler til TV-kosen. Disse små tilleggene sammen med et par grønnsaksmiddager i uken har gjort at jeg har lykkes så langt. Det føles godt å fylle på med masse grønnsaker. Synes du det er vanskelig å få til 5 om dagen?
