Denne uken starter jeg kjøttfritt som vanlig og planlegger å servere paprikaer fylt med quinoa, en sunn og god start på uken med andre ord. Så følger jeg opp med laks med masse urter og grønnsaker bakt i en pakke i ovnen. Det sikrer maksimal god smak både på fisken og de gode grønnsakene oppi pakken. Og som ekstra bonus kommer det en liflig duft når pakkene åpnes. Har du sett Lady og Landstrykeren i det siste? Det spiller i grunnen ikke så stor rolle for har du sett den en gang husker du sikkert scenen med Landstrykeren som inviterer Lady på middag og får servert spagetti med kjøttboller. Sett på litt italiensk sviskemusikk og server denne evige klassikeren til middag på onsdag. På torsdagen flytter jeg oss elegant over til Kina og serverer Pekingsuppe. Den er akkurat passe syrlig og hot. Synes du det blir litt lite mat, kan du koke ris og servere ved siden av.

På fredagen erklærer jeg helgen for offisielt åpnet og byr på en grønn pizza. Den er like god som den er grønn og fager. Med en salat laget av (sol)modne tomater fra hagen og aspargesbønner her helgen i gang. På lørdagen blir det tradisjonell rekefest med hjemmelaget majones og guacamole i tillegg til loff, dill og sitron. Herlig rett og slett. Og så avslutter vi helgen med en av de mest populære oppskriftene på bloggen, nemlig svinebiff med fløtesaus og plommegrøt med enda mer fløte på.
