Sommerferien er nok over for de fleste, men det betyr jo ikke at vi er klare for høsten riktig ennå. Her har jeg satt sammen en ny ukemeny som skulle passe godt for disse sensommerdagene.

Kanskje har du lyst til å bruke noen av sesongens deilige tomater og lage en nydelig tomatgalette med feta og oregano. Sammen med en blandet grønn salat er det en super start på uken. Fiskegrateng er noe alle liker, og det er faktisk ikke noe hokus pokus å lage heller. Noen er til å med så heldige at de har fylt fryseren med selvfisket fisk i løpet av ferien. Den kan du også bruke til å lage fisketaco med. Det er en herlig og litt lettere variant av den vanlige kjøttacoen mange spiser fast hver helg. En middagssalat er det ogå plass til i ukemenyen og denne gangen er det en klassisk cæsarsalat. Sprø, frisk salat, saftig kylling, knasende brødkrutonger og verdens beste dressing kan jo aldri bli feil. Ukens italienske er spagetti med steinsopp. Er du heldig finner du denne kongen av alle sopper i skogen nå. Hvis ikke kan du bruke tørket steinsopp, eller en annen sopp som kantarell, sjampinjong eller hva du måtte ha.

Pizza med hvit saus, blåmuggost, parmaskinke og pinjekjerner er en perfekt start på en hvilken som helst helg på, synes jeg. Koteletter stekt i ovnen med tomater og litt vin i sausen er en nydelig søndagsmiddag. Nå er plommene modne og en saftig plommekake med smuldretopp setter et verdig punktum for søndagsmiddagen.
