Lager du din egen ukemeny? Jeg har gjort det i over ti år, og det er noe av det beste jeg gjør med hensyn til husarbeid, syne jeg. Jeg ser så mange fordeler med det.

  1. Jeg slipper å bruke tid på travel ukedager til å planlegge og handle inn til middag, for det er allerede gjort.
  2. Det er lettere å spise variert og riktig når jeg legger en plan for hele uken.
  3. Jeg sparer penger på det, fordi jeg kan planlegge rundt butikkenes tilbud, og jeg kan planlegge slik at jeg får brukt opp alt jeg kjøper inn.
  4. Det er bra for miljøet fordi det blir mindre rester.
