Nå er brenneslen på sitt beste å høste her hvor jeg bor, og jeg ser at det er mange som er inne på bloggen for å sjekke oppskrifter med nesle for tiden. Jeg synes det er gøy å høste av naturen og inkludere derfor en nesleoppskrift i denne ukemenyen også. Neslepai med bacon er en fin måte å starte uken på, og vil du ha en helt vegetarisk middag, kan du sagtens kutte ut baconet. Godt blir det uansett.

Det snakkes mye om å redusere kjøttforbruket for tiden. Det er mange måter å gjøre det på. Man kan selvsagt kutte ut et kjøttmåltid eller to i uken og erstatte det med vegetar eller fisk. Men et like godt alternativ er å redusere mengden kjøtt i hvert måltid. I denne uken foreslår jeg neslepai med (eller uten) bacon. Spagetti carbonara er en rett som fint kan lages med bare litt bacon og mengden kjøtt på pizzaen er også lett å regulere.

Uansett, om du er opptatt av å spise mer eller mindre kjøtt, fisk, grønnsaker eller er fornøyd med måten du spiser på, håper jeg du finner noe som kan inspirere til et eller flere gode måltider i uken som kommer.
