«Kom mai du skjønne milde». Ikke akkurat sånn ennå.Været er pent, men en kald vind gjør at temepraturen ikke blir allverden, men jeg lever i håpet om at kvikksølvet skal krype oppover. Og i mens gleder jeg meg over lyse kvelder i hvert fall. Dessuten merker jeg at jeg er blitt interessert i lettere mat, mer salat, grønnsaker og sjømat.

I grøftekanten stikker grønne spirer opp, og det er nå mulig å sanke brennesle.  Den er mild og god på smak og kan erstatte spinat i de fleste sammenhenger (bare ikke rå). Den får også en fantastisk irrgrønn farge etter at den er forvellet. Så min oppfordring er å ta på deg gummihansker og ta en tur i hagen eller nærmeste friområde og forsyn deg grovt.
