Pølser til middag er alltid populært. I dag serverer jeg en variant proppfull av gode smaker. Pølsene er av typen salciccia, som er en rå italiensk pølse krydret med blant annet fennikel. Sammen med pølsene har jeg laget en lun, litt skarp paprikasalat. De søte paprikaene med den syrlige eddiken passer utrolig godt til pølsene. Denne retten bringer virkelig tankene tilbake til sommer og Middelhavet. åhh, så herlig.

Ingredienser

  • 3 rød paprikaer
  • 2 gule paprikaer
  • 2 løk
  • 2 ss olje til steking
  • 3 ss rødvinseddik
  • salt og pepper
  • 2 salciccia (ca. 600 gr)

Fremgangsmåte

  • Skjær paprika og løk i strimler. Varm opp oljen i en stekepanne og surr grønnsakene til de blir mye og faller sammen.
  • Tilsett da eddiken og smak til med salt og pepper og la det surre et par minutter til.
  • Legg over i et ildfast fat og hold varmt. Stek pølsene etter anvisning på pakken. Server med poteter, for eksempel knuste poteter.
