Vi er nå inne i de siste dagene av vår måned med mat basert på Eat-Lancet rapportens anbefalinger (planetary health diet). Frem til og med tirsdag gjelder disse retningslinjene, som ganske forenklet forklart stort sett er et plantebasert kosthold, men med litt kjøtt, fisk, fjærkre og meieriprodukter. Så på mandag og tirsdag blir det mat planetary health mat. Og så er selvsagt spørsmålet hva vil vi gjøre etter det. Jeg holder på å lage en oppsummering av erfaringer nå, og den kommer i løpet av uken. Ukemenyen nedenfor er kanskje ikke helt i tråd med anbefalingene, men inneholder allikevel mye grønnsaker og litt kjøtt, fisk og fugl. Jeg håper du finner noe som kan inspirere deg til å lage noen sunne og ikke minst gode middager i uken som kommer. Ha en fin uke, og vel bekomme!
