Pin

En deilig smak av varmende ingefær, hot chili, salt soya og søt østerssaus gjør disse til en sikker vinner. Salatwrap med svin  smaker utrolig godt og de passer like godt på en tirsdags ettermiddag før trening som på et tapasbord med asiatiske smaker.

Jeg elsker mat med asiatiske smaker og disse salatwrapene er ikke noe unntak. Som sagt smaker de sabla godt og i tillegg er de veldig enkle å lage. Det er jo ikke akkurat noe minus.

Jeg har blandet inn paprika, løk og sukkererter, men her er det fritt frem å bruke det du måtte ha i kjøleskapet. Det kan være sopp, rotgrønnsaker, kål, vårløk eller hva du enn måtte ha og tenker passer bra. Har du ikke svinekjøttdeig? Da kan du like gjerne bruke kyllingkjøttdeig eller vanlig kjøttdeig for den saks skyld.  Mengden chili justerer du selvsagt etter hvor hot du ønsker kjøttet skal være. Jeg har valgt å ikke bruke for sterk chili, men i stedet servere wrapene med litt shriracha over. Da er det lettere å justere dersom ikke alle liker like sterk, eller mild mat.

Ingredienser

  • 400 gr kjøttdeig av svn
  • olje til steking
  • 2 fedd hvitløk, finhakket
  • 1 ss revet ingefær
  • nykvernet pepper
  • 1 liten rødløk
  • 1 rød paprika
  • 50 gr sukkererter
  • 1 rød chili, finhakket (mer eller mindre etter ønske)
  • 1 hjertesalat
  • 2 ss østerssaus
  • 2 ss soyasaus
  • evt. shriracha til servering

Fremgangsmåte

  • Stek kjøttdeigen i en stekepanne til kjøttdeigen har fått litt farge.
  • Tilsett finhakket hvitløk og ingefær og stek et par minutter til.
  • Skjær løk, paprika, chili og sukkererter i små biter og ha det i stekepannen sammen med kjøttet.
  • Stek et par minutter til slik at grønnsakene blir litt myke.
  • Tilsett østerssaus og soyasaus og bland alt godt.
  • Smak til med pepper.
  • Del salathodet opp i enkeltblader og skyll godt.
  • Legg et par spiseskjefuller med kjøtt i hvert salatblad.

Server straks og ha gjerne ris ved siden av.
