Jeg sparker igang uken med en deilig vegetarmiddag. Colcannon er en kremet irsk potetstappe med kål sammen med den serverer jeg ovnsbakt gresskar. På tampen av skreisesongen kan det jo være på plass å sette torsketunger på menyen. Sprøe fritterte torsketunger servert med tradisjonell ertepuré står på menyen tirsdagen. Onsdag setter jeg spagetti med tomat, bacon og sjampinjong på bordet. Dette er en gammel favoritt som har fulgt meg siden tenårene, men fortsatt er like god.  På torsdag er det en amerikansk maissuppe med kalkun, men har du ikke kalkun, går det fint å bruke kylling eller skinke, eller du kan rett og slett servere den som en vegetarsuppe.

Fredag er pizzadag hjemme hos oss, og denne gangen er det favoritten med kjøttboller som får æren av å starte helgen. Sjømaten er fortsatt av topp kvalitet og hvorfor ikke prøve noe nytt med blåskjellene? Gratinerte blåskjell med fennikel er herlig kosemat som passer perfekt på en lørdag. Uken avsluttes med en ungarsk gulasj som er en kraftig kjøttgryte basert på oksekjøtt og paprika.

Jeg gleder meg til å teste ut ukas retter:) Jeg elsker dine kjøttboller til pizza. Jeg bruker 50/50 karbonade og kjøttdeig så blir det mer smak og saftigere boller.
