Jeg synes kjøttboller i alle varianter er så godt, og heldigvis finnes det utrolig mange forskjellige varianter å velge mellom. I dag valgte jeg å lage svenske kjøttboller med fløtesaus. Det er kjøttboller smakt til med sennep og løk. Og så er det en god dæsje med sennep i fløtesausen også. For en som er så glad i sennep som meg er jo akkurat det gode nyheter.

Kjøttbollene er laget med en blanding av kjøttdeig fra svin og okse. Det gjør bollene ekstra saftige. Jeg pleier i stor utstrekning å velge karbodandedeig fremfor kjøttdeig når jeg skal lage noe med kjøttdeig. Men når det gjelder kjøttkaker og kjøttboller velger jeg kjøttdeig, for det ekstra fettet gir et saftigere resultat.

Ingredienser

  • 400 gr kjøttdeig
  • 400 gr kjøttdeig av svin
  • 1 dl rasp¨
  • 2,5 dl melk
  • 1 liten løk
  • 1 ts salt
  • nykvernet pepper
  • 2 ts sennep
  • 1 egg
  • margarin/olje til steking
  • --
  • 2 dl kremfløte
  • 2 dl h-melk
  • 2 ts maizena
  • 4 ts sennep
  • 1 ts honning
  • 1/2 buljongterning
  • pepper
  • 1 ts tørket timian

Fremgangsmåte

  • Sett ovnen på 200 grader.
  • Ha rasp og melk i en bolle og sett til side.
  • Finhakk løken og stek den myk og blank.
  • Ha alle ingrediensene til kjøttbollene i bollen sammen med raspen/melken og bland til det blir en seig farse.
  • Stek en liten prøvebit og juster evt. smaken.
  • Rull kjøttboller på størrelse med en valnøtt.
  • Brun kjøttbollene i porsjoner og legg over på et stekebrett.
  • Stek kjøttbollene ferdige i ovnen i ca. 6 minutter.
  • Mens kjøttbollene etterstekes. Ha fløte, sennep, honning, timian og buljong i stekepannen og kok opp.
  • Rør maizenaen ut i den kalde melken, og hell så i en tynn stråle opp i den kokende fløten.
  • Smak til sausen med pepper og evt. mer sennep.
  • Ha kjøttbollene oppi sausen og server sammen med kokte poteter, brokkoli og tyttebærsyltetøy.
