Ferien er nå tilbakelagt for de aller fleste, og dermed er det tilbake til hverdagen for de fleste av oss. Det betyr kanskje også litt dårligere tid til å få middagen på bordet. Da er det en god idé å ha en plan og gjerne også ha gjort unna handlingen. For da er det nemlig bare å sette igang så snart du kommer hjem fra jobben.

Dessuten viser det seg at de som planlegger middagene siden fremover i tid sparer både tid og penger. Og det er jo ikke så dumt etter en lang ferie. Nedenfor finner du mitt forslag til middager i uken som kommer. Som vanlig legger jeg vekt på å få til en blanding av kjøtt, fisk, fugl og masse grønnsaker. Håper du lar deg inspirere.
