Klar for en ny uke? I løpet av helgen synes jeg det er greit å skaffe meg en oversikt over hva som er planene for den kommende uke. Da føler jeg at jeg har litt mer kontroll over hverdagene. En av de tingene jeg liker å lage en plan for, er hva vi skal ha til middag. Når planen er lagt handler jeg inn alt vi trenger til uken som kommer, og da vet jeg at alt ligger klart i kjøleskap og fryser til å ta fatt på middagslagingen på ettermiddagen. Det tar bort mye stress i hverdagen, synes jeg.
