Jippi, for noen av oss begynner påskeferien nå, mens andre må vente noen dager til. Ferie eller ikke, en ting er i hvert fall sikkert. Ting begynner å roe seg ned. De fleste fritidsaktiviteter tar fri neste uke, og mange reiser bort så pulsen i byen synker betraktelig for de som blir igjen. Nedenfor finner du en ukemeny som inneholder litt av hvert. Den mest klassiske påskemiddagen, er vel et helstekt lammelår. Er man mange rundt bordet passer jo det fint, men om man ikke er så mange kan et helt lammelår bli litt i meste laget. Da kan du jo kjøpe noen skiver lammelår og lage en deilig gryte med lam og rotgrønnsaker i stedet. Oppskrift finner du i lenken nedenfor.
