I den kommende uke er det mange som har vinterferie. Noen drar på fjellet, andre til utlandet, men de fleste blir nok hjemme. Blant de som drar på en hytte på fjellet er det noen som liker å ha det så enkelt som mulig i matveien, mens andre har flotte kjøkken og ser på hytteferien som en ypperlig anledning til å kose seg på kjøkkenet og trylle frem noe ekstra godt. Så derfor har jeg satt sammen en ukemeny som skulle passe for de fleste uansett hvor man er eller hva slags ambisjoner man har for uken. Her blir det noe enkelt og raskt med få ingredienser og noe som krever mer tid og innsats.

For de som ønsker å bruke så lite tid som mulig på hytta, er det jo et alternativ å lage mat på forhånd og ta med opp. Har man fryser kan jo mye fryses ned og hvis ikke vil veldig mye kunne holde seg noen dager i kjøleskapstemperatur. En av de store luksusene for meg når vi er på hytta er nybakt brød hver dag; hjemme veier jeg opp og blander alle de tørre ingrediensene i har det i plastposer. Så er det bare å røre inn vann og sette til heving om kvelden. Den som står opp tidligst setter brødet inn i ovnen og vips, så har vi nybakt brød til frokost og matpakker.
