Det er ikke til å tro hvor fort tiden flyr, nå er det allerede på tide å si ha det til april og ønske mai velkommen. Ute i hagen blomstrer snart frukttrærne, urtene er i rute og rabarbraen er snart klar til å høstes. Det er en virkelig herlig tid. Dessverre er det ikke bare nytteplantene som trives, det gjør i høyeste grad også ugresset. Løvetann og skvallerkål er det to største ubudne gjestene i hagen. Jeg har for lengst gitt opp å holde hagen ugressfri, men heldigvis går det jo an å spise dette ugresset. «If you can’t beat them – eat them». Derfor byr jeg på en deilig vårsalat med skvallerkål denne uken. Det går også helt fint å slenge litt nye løvetannblader eller skvallerkål i salaten. Jeg håper du finner noe som frister. Ha en flott uke, og vel bekomme.
