Så var det tid for en ny ukemeny. Denne uken er det som vanlig en blanding av grønnsaker, sjømat og kjøtt. Grønnsaksgrateng og blomkålsuppe er ukens grønnsaksmiddager, og helt vegetarisk blir det om du kutter ut baconet. Nudelsalat med laks er enkel og kjapp og lage, mens de thaimarinerte grønnsakene tar litt lengre tid, da det er mye å skjære opp. Har du dårlig tid velger du bare noen andre grønnsaker ved siden av. Kylling med sitron og kapers er en nydelig italienssk inspirert rett. En absolutt favoritt!

Hjemme hos oss er det veldig ofte pizza på fredager. Det er en hyggelig tradisjon vi gjerne holder fast ved. På lørdagen er det risotto med blåskjell. Det er skikkelig digg. I det hele tatt er risotto en herlig rett som kan varieres i det uendelige, og dermed ikke blir kjedelig. På søndag er det en av de aller mest populære rettene på bloggen som har fått plass. Det er svinebiff med fløtesaus.
