Denne uken byr jeg på både fisk, kjøtt, fugl og selvfølgelig masse grønnsaker. Gnudi er en italiensk rett som betyr naken. Det er fordi de små bollene som er laget av ricotta og spinat er et vanlig fyll i ravioli. Men her er de uten et lag pasta rundt, og dermed er de nakne.

Pitabrød med deilige, sprø grønnsaker og stekt fisk er noe jeg fikk langs bredden av Svartehavet en gang jeg tok båten oppover Bosporousstredet fra Istanbul. Der var det lokale småfisk som ble grillet på kullgriller og grønnsakene var solmodne tomater og agurk. Her hjemme har jeg brukt uer og grønnsakene er dessverre ikke så solmodne som jeg skulle ønske, men godt er det allikevel.

Dette er historien om to av oppskriftene i denne ukens middagsforslag. Som oftest er det en eller annen fortelling knyttet til den maten vi lager. Jeg håper maten frister og at du kanskje finner noen nye favoritter. Kanskje kan en av disse bli en av din historie også.
