Godt nytt år!

Første nyttåresdag i 2011 satt jeg meg ned og skrev det første innelegget på Cecilies mat. Det betyr at jeg og bloggen feirer 10 års jubileum nå i januar. I novenber 2017 endret jeg utseende på bloggen og foretok en nokså kraftig revisjon på nesten alle oppskriftene. Og resultatet ble den bloggen du ser nå. I alle disse ti årene har ukemenyen vært selve ryggraden på bloggen. Det å ha en plan for hva familien skal spise i uken som kommer har vært så verdifullt for meg, og derfor har jeg ønsket å inspierere dere, mine kjære lesere ved å dele syv utvalgte middager hver uke. Disse middageen er valgt ut fra hvilken årstid det er, hvilke råvarer som er tilgjengelige og etter andre forhold jeg synes det er viktig å ta hensyn til.

Jeg kan fortsette i lang tid med å snakke om hvor lurt jeg synes det er med en ukemeny. Og hvis du har et nyttårsforsett som går ut på enten å slanke deg, spise sunnere, spare penger eller bruke tiden din mer fornuftig, er faktisk det å lage en ukemeny et godt sted å begynne.  La deg inspirere av menyen nedenfor eller lag din egen ukemeny. Nedenfor finner du årets første ukemeny. Den består som vanlig av masse grønnsaker, fisk, fugl og litt kjøtt. Er du så heldig å ha rester igjen fra julen kan disse fint brukes som utgangspunkt for nok en middag med en vri. Som for eksempel club sandwich med restene fra nyttårskalkunen, eller ramen med ribbe. Ha en flott uke og start på det nye året. Håper vi ses mange ganger og legg gjerne igjen en liten kommentar om du lager noen av disse middagene.
