November. Jeg fikk lyst til å gjøre litt ekstra stas på poteten. Den er virkelig en av grunnpilarene i det norske kjøkkenet. Den brukes både til hverdag og fest. Det er få ting som kan være så kjedelig som en kokt potet, men med bare litt ekstra omtanke og tilbehør, så blir den løftet til å bli noe vil kan elske og drømme om. Nedenfor finner du mine 5 beste oppskrifter med poteter. Gjennom disse ser du også hvor allsidig poteten er.

 

Knuste poteter med rosmarin og parmesan

Disse potetene er virkelig gode og et flott tilbehør til alle slags kjøttretter, eller de kan spises som en egen liten rett. De er fortsatt myke inni men har en overflate som er helt sprø.  Og de mange krikene og krokene sørger for at det blir mye sprø overflate. Dessuten smaker de himmelsk av rosmarin, salt og parmesan.

Potet og sellerisuppe med kantareller

Denne suppen er helt fløyelsmyk og smaker helt vidunderlig. Kombinasjonen med selleri gir suppen et noe ekstra. Råvarene er enkle, men resultatet er langt fra hverdagslig og kjedelig. At den er pimpet opp med smørstekte kantareller, sprøstekete solsikkekjerner og litt god olivenolje gjør selvsagt sitt til luksusfølelsen, men selv uten eksklusivt tilbehør er den kjempegod.

Minirøsti med lakserogn

Dette er enkelt og lukseriøst tiltygg til et glass champagne når gjestene kommer, eller som en flott liten forrett. Her er revet potet  stekt til de blir små, sprø kjeks under rømmen og lakserognen. Enkelt og veeeeldig godt.

Grønn pizza

Poteter på pizzaen er kanskje ikke det første du tenker på. Men det er ikke uvanlig, og faktisk en spesialitet i Roma. Her har jeg toppet en pizza med grønn saus og kokte poteter.

Fransk potetsalat med soltørkede tomater

Denne salaten passer kjempegodt på et hvert koldtbord. Den er også veldig god til spekemat. Masse urter, soltørkede tomater og en deilig sennepsdressing sørger for at smakene er helt på topp her.
