Ingredienser

  • 8 små poteter
  • 1 ts salt
  • nykvernet pepper
  • olje til steking
  • 8 ss creme fraiche
  • 8 ts lakserogn
  • dill

Fremgangsmåte

  • Sett stekeovnen på 150 grader.
  • Skrell potetene og riv dem på et grovt rivjern.
  • Bland inn salt og pepper og la det stå i ti minutter.
  • Ha potetene i et kjøkkenhåndkle og klem ut så mye væske som mulig.
  • Form åtte like store pletter og stek i olje på middels varme til de har fått en gyllen farge.
  • Etterstek plettene i ovnen til de er gjennomstekt
  • Avkjøl og legg på en ss creme fraiche og 1 ts lakserogn og pynt med litt dill

Server, gjerne med ett glass med bobler ved siden av.

Tips

Har du ikke tid eller tålmodighet til å lage minirøsti, går det fint å koke minipoteter som deles i to og toppes med rømme og lakserogn. Kanskje litt mindre wow, men fortsatt kjempegodt.
