Altså, sommeren er en herlig tid. Det er varmt, solen skinner (i hvert fall i en ideell verden) og i butikken bugner det av sesongens deilige grønnsaker og frukter. Derfor har jeg satt sammen en hel ukesmeny bare med salater av ulike slag. Mange av disse kan spises som et helt måltid i seg selv, mens andre også kan kombineres med grillmat eller noe annet du har lyst på. Uansett er det deilig å fråtse i grønnsaker. Og glem ikke frukten heller.
