Nedenfor har jeg satt sammen en middagsmeny for uken som kommer. Den inneholder som vanlig både fisk, fugle, kjøtt og masse grønnsaker. Jeg håper du lar deg inspirere til å planlegge dine egne middager. Om du finner noe nedenfor du har lyst til å lage, så synes jeg det er flott. Om du blir inspirert til å sette sammen din helt egne meny med favoritter er det også flott. 

Jeg hørte en gang at en gjennomsnittlig norsk familie har ca. 10 middagsretter de alternerer mellom sånn til hverdags. Om det stemmer så synes jeg det høres litt trist og kjedelig ut. Men at vi alle har noen faste innslag som er gode å ty til når vi ikke helt vet hva vi skal lage er nok sant. Dersom du føler at det går mye i det samme, kan du jo bestemme deg for å prøve en ny rett én gang i uken. På den måten vil du i løpet av ett år ha prøvd over 50 nye retter og ganske sikkert funnet noen nye favoritter.  Uansett om du velger å teste ut nye ting, eller holder deg til det du er vant til, ønsker jeg deg en strålende uke, og vel bekomme.
