Søndag, har jeg forstått, er en planleggingsdag for mange. Sånn er de hjemme hos oss også. Da setter jeg meg ned og lager ukemenyen. Jeg synes det er så utrolig deilig å ha dette klart til uken som kommer. Dessuten føler jeg at det er mye lettere å passe på at vi får et sunt og variert kosthold, når måltidene planlegges på forhånd.

Og denne uken er det jommen 17. mai også. De blir det for de fleste både is, brus og pølser. Da kan det jo være greit å avslutte dagen med et litt lettere mat. Posjert laks er enkelt å lage og ligger godt i magen.  Dersom du skreller potetene, lager sausen og agurksalaten kvelden før, er det svært liten innsats som skal til før maten er på bordet. Ha en strålende feiring av nasjonaldagen og uke for øvrig. Vel bekomme.
