Så er det søndag igjen og jeg sitter foran PC’en og lager ukemeny. Det har jeg stort sett gjort hver eneste søndag siden jeg startet Cecilies mat i januar 2011. Jeg gjør det fordi jeg synes det er verdifullt og hjelper vår familie i hverdagen. Derfor håper og tror jeg at det også kan hjelpe noen andre gjennom travle hverdager, eller kanskje en hyggelig helg. Som vanlig har jeg i hvert fall satt sammen en variert ukemeny med masse grønnsaker, litt kjøtt, fisk og fugl. Så da ønsker jeg deg bare en god helg og sier vel bekomme.
