Bestefar, ikke min, men mine barns – altså min far, er viden kjent for sine kyllingvinger. De er hans varemerke. Skal han lage noe godt, blir det kyllingvinger. Det er ikke det at det er så vanskelig å lage disse vingene, på ingen måte. De er faktisk temmelig enkle å få til. Men kombinasjonen av godt krydret, sprøtt skinn og mykt saftig kjøtt på innsiden er uslåelig. Mange pøser på med mange slags mer eller mindre suspekte krydder og marinader når de lager kyllingvinger, og resultatet er at man nesten ikke kjenner kyllingsmaken i det hele tatt. Det er imidlertid ikke tilfellet med disse nesten minimalistiske kyllingvingene. Her er det kun vinger, salt og pepper. Mengden salt er liten, og pepperet kan man bruke så mye som man vil av. Alt fra et lite snev av pepper til store mengder så det blir peppervinger er OK, og fullstendig opp til kokkens smak og humør. Kyllingvingene er populære når Tuppen og Lillemor kommer på besøk. De smaker godt og det er selvsagt herlig å spise med fingrene. Og siden det ikke er tilsatt noe fettstoff under tilberedningen er de ikke fettdryppende heller. Disse kan man trygt kose seg med i januar, eller når som helst.

Fordi de er så enkle å lage, er de populære hos Tuppen og Lillemor når de skal lage middag. At det må mer til enn bare vinger for at det skal kalles et måltid er de nødvendigvis enige i, men ideen om tallerkenmodellen begynner nå å sive inn. Tallerkenmodellen? Jo, at tallerkenen kan deles i tre, en del med grønnsaker, en del med poteter, ris eller pasta og en del med kjøtt eller fisk.

Kyllingvingene er flott kosemat en fredags- eller lørdagskveld, passer godt på et tapasbord, eller kan være middag sammen med litt mer substansielt tilbehør som pasta, bakte poteter, ris eller brød og en diger salat.

Ingredienser

  • 1kg kyllingvinger
  • salt og pepper
  • --
  • 1 boks lettrømme
  • 1 fedd hvitløk
  • 1/2 ta salt
  • sitronsaft

Fremgangsmåte

  • Sett ovnen på 220 grader.
  • Legg kyllingvingene utover et stekebrett med bakepapir på.
  • Krydre den ene siden med salt og pepper etter smak.
  • Sett inn i ovnen. Etter 15 minutter tas vingene ut, snus og krydret på den andre siden og stekes ferdig i ca. 10 minutter.

Servet med rømmedip og salat. Jeg garanterer at dette er populært. Vel bekomme

Ååå endelig en som har skjønt at man skal kjenne hva man spiser 🙂 og ikke ødelegge kjøttet med og bade det i grillkrydder og dårlige marinader:)

Hei, jeg er helt enig. Kyllingvinger trenger ikke så mye mer enn salt og pepper. Skikkelig digg kosemat er det i hvert fall.
