For en vidunderlig helg det har vært. Solen har skint, gradestokken har vist to-sifrede antall grader og snøen har rent vekk i strie strømmer. Nå klarer jeg tro på at det blir vår og sommer om ikke alt for lenge. I hagen har mye av snøen smeltet og urtebedene mine er helt snøfrie, og jeg kan glede meg over at det allerede har begynt å spire. Jeg gleder meg til nok en lang sesong for urtene mine og meg.  Jeg synes det er utrolig inspirerende å kunne gå ut i hagen og plukke vilt og uhemmet av forskjellige urter. Om vinteren kjøper jeg stadig inn alle disse pottene med urter som bare tørker inn eller visner for et godt ord. Det er ikke så inspirerende…
