Det er stadig flere som får øynene opp for at det er en god idé å lage en ukemeny. Faktisk blir vi bombardert med forslag til ukemenyer fra en av de mange leverandørene av matkasser, nettbutikker, eller matbloggere, og det synes jeg er bra! Å lage en plan for hva middagen skal være flere dager fremover er utrolig lurt.

Men visste du at jeg var en av de aller første som lagde ukemenyer? Jeg har kommet med forslag nesten hver eneste uke siden begynnelsen av 2011. Det er mange ukemenyer det. Etter at jeg redesignet bloggen min har jeg tatt bort de gamle menyen, og nå ligger det ca. ett år med ukemenyer ute. Hver uke bestreber jeg meg på å lage en meny som er tilpasset årstiden og som samlet gir et variert kosthold, med både kjøtt, fisk, fugl og masse grønnsaker. Det trenger ikke være vanskelig å spise god mat hver dag. Velg gjerne en eller flere av middagene nedenfor og suppler med egne favoritter. Ha uansett en velsmakende og flott uke!
