Woken har fått hvile seg en stund her hjemme, men det er ingen grunn til at den skal få stå og støve ned. woket mat er kjempegodt og ofte veldig sunt med masse grønnsaker. Den ble derfor hentet frem i dag for å lage en fargesprakende grønnsakswok med spagetti. Nå formelig bugner butikkene av norske grønnsaker, så nå er det virkelig tid for å fråtse og boltre seg i lekre grønnsaker. I denne rette er det riktig så mye grønnsaker, men med spagetti og soyasaus går det ned hos den yngre garden også. Da jeg spurte Lillemor om hun likte ukens vegetarmiddag, så hun litt forbauset på meg og spurte, «var dette vegetar».

Ingredienser

  • nudler til 4 personer
  • 2 ss olje til steking
  • 1 brokkolibukett
  • 2 gulrøtter
  • 1 løk
  • 2 spisse røde paprikaer
  • 5 sjampinjonger
  • 1 bunt vårløk
  • 1 dl vann
  • 2 fedd hvitløk
  • 1 ss revet fresk ingefær
  • 1 rød chili
  • 2 ss tørr sherry/hvitvin
  • 4 ss soyasaus
  • 2 ss østerssaus
  • 1 ts maizena

Fremgangsmåte

  • Kok nudlene etter anvisning på pakken.
  • Mens nudlene koker skjæres brokkolien i små buketter, brokkolistilken, gulrøttene og sjampinjongen i skiver. Skjær vårløken i litt tykke ringer og løken i tynne båter. Finhakk hvitløk og chili.
  • Bland chili, ingefær og hvitløk sammen med vin, soyasaus, østerssaus og maizena. Sett til side.
  • Når nudlene er ferdig kokt helles vannet av.
  • Varm oljen i en wok og begynn med å røresteke gulrøttene og brokkolistilkene.
  • Etter et par minutter tilsettes løken, sjampinjongen og brokkolien.
  • Rørestek i et par minutter til.
  • Tilsett vannet og kok til det er fordampet.
  • Tilsett vårløken, nudlene og sausen.
  • Rør til alt er godt blandet og gjennomvarmt.

Server straks. Vel bekomme.

Tips

Planen var egentlig å bruke asiatiske eggnudler, men beholdningen i kjøkkenskapet var litt mindre enn jeg trodde, så da ble det vanlig spagetti i stedet. Men her kan alle slags nudler brukes, risnudler, eggenudler, udonnudler eller italiensk spagetti eller tagliatelle. Bare kok på forhånd som anvist på pakken og bland inn helt på slutten. Vil du heller bruke noen andre grønnsaker, går det også helt fint. Bare begynn med de harde grønnsakene først og ta de som ikke skal varmebehandles så mye til slutt.
