Pin

Denne uken er det vinterferie her på Østlandet, og det blir merkbart færre folk i byen, selv om de fleste ikke har ferie. Bussen har bedre plass og det er mindre biler på veien. Noen velger å reise til varmere land, mens andre(deriblant jeg)  velger fjellet i håp om å  endelig få litt vinter. Men uansett hvor man befinner seg må man jo ha mat, og med mindre man bor på hotell må man lage den selv. Nedenfor finner du mitt forslag til middager i denne vinterferieuken. Håper du finner noe som frister og inspirerer til et par gode måltider. Kanskje du har litt bedre tid denne uken, og kan invitere noen venner på middag en dag. Det er alltid så hyggelig, synes jeg.
