Det er nesten skummelt hvor fort tiden går. Nå er det allerede februar og dagene har blitt merkbart lengre – heldigvis. Det feirer jeg med litt grønne salater ved siden av middagene. Det føles litt vårlig å spise en deilig salat blandet sammen av forskjellige salater, og med en god vinaigrette blir det en frisk og vårlig vri på salaten. Ellers er det inspiraajon fra hele jordkloden i ukemenyen. Jeg håper du finner noe du liker og som kan inspirere deg til noen gode middager i løpet av uken. Vel bekomme.
