Er det bare meg, eller er det flere som får skikkelig lyst på mat som smaker mye, og gjerne asiatisk på denne tiden av året. Mat med sterke, rene smaker og grønnsaker med klare farger gir en skikkelig vitamininnsprøytning når dagene er mørke, fuktige og slapsen ødelegger sko og humør.  

I går hadde jeg det skikkelig travelt med å få middagen på bordet før alle i familien skulle hvert til sitt. Da er det ofte suppe som blir løsningen hjemme hos oss, og i går måtte det bli en asiatisk variant. Denne suppen smaker herlig og var akkurat det vi trengte. Selv om ingredienslisten nedenfor kan synes nokså lang, er suppen veldig kjapp å lage.

Suppen er laget med ingredienser de fleste har hjemme, eller som er lett å få tak i i en vanlig dagligvarebutikk. Har du ikke allerede sesamolje, vil jeg anbefale deg å kjøpe den neste gang du er i en litt velassortert dagligvarebutikk. Den kan brukes til mye og løfter mange asiatiske retter og gjør at de smaker litt mer autentisk. Drypp noen dråper over nudelsuppen din, bruk den i salatdressingen for å gi den en liten twist eller bruk den i marinader. Smaken er nøtteaktig og litt tung, så her rekker noen få dråper langt.

Ingredienser

  • 1,5 l kjøttbjuljong (vann + terning)
  • 5 tykke skiver ingefær
  • 2 ss soyasaus
  • 2 ts sesamolje
  • 1 gulrot
  • 5 aromasopp
  • ½ brokkolibukett
  • 4 vårløk
  • --
  • ½ pakke risnudler
  • --
  • 400 gr svinekjøttdeig
  • 2 ss soyasaus
  • 1 ts sesamolje
  • 2 ss revet ingefær
  • 2 fedd hvitløk, revet
  • 2 vårløk finhakket
  • 1 egg
  • nykvernet pepper
  • 1 ts maizena

Fremgangsmåte

  • Kok risnudlene etter anvisning på pakken, og sett til side.
  • Kok opp buljong med ingefær soyasaus og sesamolje.
  • Ha kjøttdeigen i en bolle. Tilsett alle ingrediensene og bland godt sammen. La gjerne farsen stå i 10 minutter slik at smakene får tid til å sette seg litt.
  • Skjær gulroten i tynne staver, sjampinjongen i skiver og vårløken i tynne ringer. Del brokkolien i små buketter.
  • Ha grønnsakene bortsett fra vårløken i buljongen.
  • Form kjøttboller på størrelse med valnøtter og slipp rett nedi gryten etter hvert som de lages.
  • Når alle kjøttbollene er laget has vårløken i.
  • La suppen trekke 2-3 minutter. Fordel nudlene i suppeboller og ha rykende varm suppe over.
