Så går vi inn i den siste ordinære uken før julehøytiden senker seg over oss. Det som skal gjøres, bør i stor grad gjøres denne uken. De siste gavene kjøpes inn og evt. sendes med posten. Kaker skal bakes og annen søt- og saltmat lages i stand. Julestre skal kjøpes inn og sølvtøy pusses, ja listen er nesten uendelig lang. Da kan det kanskje passe med noen middager som ikke krever for mye tid på kjøkkenet. Derfor har jeg laget en ukemeny med raske middager. Ha en flott førjulsuke, og husk å puste med magen, sett deg ned og hør på litt julemusikk og kos deg med en julekake innimellom også.

Nå er definitivt også tiden for å spise opp mat du har i fryseren. I forbindelse med julen blir ofte fryseren fylt opp med all julematen, og da er det greit å ha spist den litt tom først. Dessuten er det jo tidsbesparende å bare varme opp middagsrester som allerde er laget.
