Denne uken har jeg valgt å lage en litt annerledes ukemeny.Hele menyen består av supper, men jeg tør fortsatt si at det er en variert meny. Suppe er en herlig rett å servere på denne tiden av året. Jeg synes det er aldeles herlig å sett meg ned med en bolle rykende varm suppe når dagene begynner å bli skikkelig kalde. Ofte er supper også raske å lage, noe som selvsagt heller ikke er noe minus.Supper er også en fin fin måte å bruke opp rester på. Slappe grønnsaker kan kokes og blendes med en stavmixer og kjøtt-, fisk- eller kyllingrester er et fint å ha i suppen selv om det ikke er så mye. Litt rekker lang i en suppe.

Og til slutt – det finnes utrolig mange supper, så det er lett å variere selv om vi kun snakker suppe.
