I forrige uke lagde jeg en ukemeny som bare besto av supper. Denne uken prøver jeg meg med en ukemney som bare består av spagettiretter. Jeg tenker ikke at noen skal spise spagetti hver dag i en hel uke, men kanskje kan noen finne en ny spagettifavoritt. Det finnes så utrolig mange forskjellige spagettiretter, og spagetti passer fint sammen med både grønnsaker, kjøtt og sjømat.

Spagetti er også i mange tilfeller mat som er ganske rask å lage, og det passer jo godt i disse førjulstider. Lag en god prosjon spagetti og server med en frisk salat, en porsjon ovnsbakte grønnsaker eller i hvert fall en gulrot i hånden om tiden er knapp. Håper du finner en eller flere oppskrifter som frister.
