Så var det søndag kveld og slutt på helgen. Jeg håper du har hatt en fin helg. Det har jeg. Litt roligere enn planlagt men bra allikevel. Så er det bare å gjøre seg klar for en ny uke. Som de foregående ukene blir den også hektisk, men det er greit, for den er fylt med fine ting. Når det er så mye som skjer både på jobb og på privaten, er det veldig greit å ha en plan for hva som skal stå på middagsbordet. Har du ikke det anbefaler jeg deg å lage en plan – og kjøpe inn alt du trenger på en gang. Da sparer du mye tid, kanskje penger og får muligvis et litt sunnere kosthold på kjøpet. Trenger du en plan kan du jo la deg inspirere av min plan.
