Denne uken starter jeg med en enkel, men ikke mindre velsmakende rett fra Italia, nemlig egg i skjærsilden. Som navnet mer enn antyder er dette hotte saker. Vel du bestemmer selvsagt selv hvor sterkt de skal være. Her er det egg som kokes i en sterk tomatsaus.  Enkelt og godt med litt brød og en salat ved siden av. På tirsdagen foreslår jeg en norsk klassiker, nemlig seibiff med løk.  Så om du liker saftig sei med sprø stekeskorpe og karamellisert løk ved siden av er dette noe for deg. Det er fortsatt lammesesong, så hvorfor ikke benytte seg av det og servere en kjapp middagsrett med lammeskav i pitabrød med masse deilige grønnsaker og en nydelig rømmedip. På torsdag er det en nesten like kjapp og god spagettirett med en skinke og parmesansaus.

Pizza og fredag går hånd i hånd for meg, og det å synke ned i sofaen med et stykke pizza i den ene hånden og et aldri så lite glass rødvin i den andre er en perfekt start på helgen. Med en kremet risotto laget med blåskjell, er lørdagskosen sikret. Søndagsmiddagen kan være en varmende gryterett som får stå og godgjøre seg mens du gjøre andre ting. Gå en tur for eksempel. Bruk sesongens epler til å lage en nydelig eplekake som et søtt punktum på søndagsmiddagen og uken. Vel bekomme.
