Hvorfor ikke starte denne uken med en skikkelig smakseksplosjon. Det er jo ofte sånn indisk mat er, og denne velsmakende linsegryta er ikke noe unntak. Sammen med fersk naan og en skål hakket salat, er dette en skikelig pangstart på uken. De gode smakeen fortsetter på tirsdag, om enn i en langt mildere form. Da går turen til Frankrike og en herlig ovnsrett med torsk og potetmos om er nydelig sammen med masse grønnsaker. Det er fortsatt lammesesong og mulig å få tak i lammekjøttdeig. Benytt deg av det og la en skikkelig god sheperd’s pie med deilig kjøttfyll og fluffy potetmos på toppen.

Hvis ikke fredagen er taco-dag, så er den pizza-dag, og denne fredagen foreslår jeg en klassiker, nemlig pizza capircciosa. Det er pizza med sjampinjong og kokt skinke. Det er deilige smaker som ikke utfordrer særlig, men bare er trygge og gode. En fin start på helgen med andre ord. Vannet i sjøen begynner å bli kaldt nå, og med det går kvaliteten på sjømaten opp. Utnytt det til det fulle med et digert skalldyrfat. Kjøp flere sorter og kjør på med majones, guacamole, tomatsalsa, rømmedip og hva du ellers måtte like å ha til skalldyr. Uken avsluttes med min superfavoritt, nemlig fersk kjøttsuppe. Høyrygg kokt til den er supermør og har gitt en fantastisk suppebase og så masse flotte rotgrønnsaker. Rett og slett vidunderlig. Ha en super høstuke!
