Hva med å begynne uken med en skikkelig koserett som samtidig kan gi god samvittighet for helsa, kloden og lommeboken? En kjøttfri shepherd’s pie er en deilig linsestuing med et lokk av fløyelsmyk potetmos som gratineres i ovnen. Bedre kan vel ikke uken begynne? Baccalao laget på skikkelig maner er en festrett og kanskje ikke noe man slenger sammen på en tirsdag. Men en litt enklere variant med lettsaltet torsk går fint og smaker helt fortreffelig. Server sammen med en frisk grønn salat med en litt syrlig dressing. Det er etterhvert lett å få tak i litt ekstra gode pølser. Sammen med potetstappe og en lun salat med aspargesbønner og sennepsdressing skulle skulle den gode stemningen rundt middagsbordet være sikret. På torsdagen foreslår jeg en spagettirett med røkelaks og kremet saus. Det er en av favorittene her hjemme, og kan fort bli det hos deg også.

Pizza er et fast innslag på fredager hjemme hos oss, og i mange år var det en variant med peperoni som gikk igjen. Fortsatt er det ofte pizza, men nå er vi nok litt mer vågale og varierer toppingen etter lyst og tilgjengelighet. På lørdagskvelden er det jo deilig å kose seg med litt ekstra god mat, og pepperkrabbe er nettopp en sånn rett. Den er ikke veldig vanskelig å lage, men skårer skyhøyt på smak. Her er det søtt, hot og krydret på en gang. Og den gode smaken av krabbe, selvfølgelig. Dessuten kan jeg garantere at du blir skikkelig klissete på fingrene :). Så kan uken avsluttes med en god og kraftig ertesuppe, og lager du dobbel porsjon når du først er i gang, kan du fryse ned og ha til middag en annen dag også. Ha en strålende uke, og vel bekomme!
