Det er definitivt høst i luften, nå og da synes jeg det passer ekstra godt å starte uken med en god varmende suppe med masse næring. En italiensk byggrynsuppe passer perfekt synes jeg. Inspirasjonen til tirsdagens fiskemiddag kommer fra Svartehavet. For mange år siden var jeg på ferie i Istanbul og tok derfra en ferge opp til Svartehavet. Der gikk jeg i land og ble fristet til å kjøpe noen grillede fisker som ble servert i pitabrød med grønnsaker til. Det smakte aldeles nydelig og jeg lærte at det ikke bare er kebab som passer å putte oppi pitabrødet. Sekt fisk er også utmerket. Vi forlater ikke området med en gang, men lar midtøsten møte norske lam på onsdag med hummus og lammeskav. Det er fortsatt krabbesesong og jeg ser på bloggen at det er mange som er interessert i krabbeoppskrifter for tiden. Derfor foreslår jeg denne superenkle og samtidig litt lukseriøse retten med spagetti og krabbe. Det tar ikke lengre tid å lagen enn det tar å koke spagetti, men resultatet er rett og slett en fantastisk rett som kan imponere de fleste – også degselv på ditt mest sultne.

Fredag er som vanlig pizzadag og denne gangen foreslår jeg en hvit pizza med potet og røkelaks. Litt uvant pizzafyll kanskje, men veldig godt. Kan definitivt anbefales:) På lørdagen foreslår jeg kyllinggyoza. Dette er definitivt ikke fast food. Det er ikke vanskelig å lage og fyllet er temmelig lett å få i stand. Det er brettingen av de små munnfullene som tar sin tid. Det skal jeg ikke stikke under en stol. Men det går jo an å sette hele familien i sving og gjøre det sammen. Da blir det en hyggelig aktivitet. På søndag blir det svenske kjøttboller i fløtesaus med alt tilbehør til. Lag gjerne dobbel porsjon når du først er i gang med å lage disse og frys ned halvparten. Da har du grunnlaget for en lettvint middag en annen dag – og det er jo aldri dumt. Ha en flott helg og vel bekomme.
