Jeg sparker i gang uken med en nydelig pastarett med aubergine i tomatsaus. På toppen drysser jeg litt smuldret fetaost. Har du ikke prøvd det før er det absolutt å anbefale. Det er nemlig skikkelig godt. På tirsdagen gir jeg den norske laksen et internasjonalt fusion-løft og serverer den glassert med honning og miso fra østen og pestocouscous med inspirasjon fra Middelhavsområdet. Litt voldsomt – tenker du kanskje, men jeg lover deg dette er gode smaker som passer fint sammen. En liten snartur til våre nordiske venner i syd med deilige, saftige frikadeller på onsdag, før turen går tilbake til Italia med en smaksbombe av en tomatrisotto neste dag.

Fredag er pizzadag for mange, og sånn er det hjemme hos oss også. Sammen med en frisk salat og kanskje et aldri så lite glass rødvin er det en fin start på helgen. På lørdagen tror jeg det blir aldeles herlig, klissete, litt søt og definitivt hos Singapore pepperkrabbe. Ikke lett å spise på en fin måte, men forbasket godt. På søndagen blir det norsk tradmat, men hva er vel bedre enn det? Tilberedt med omtanke, kjærlighet og sesongens råvarer, er det lite synes jeg. Det er ikke mange epler igjen på treet i hagen, så de siste får kanskje plass i en deilig eplekake og setter et verdig punktum for en middag med en klassiker på denne tiden av året, nemlig stekt makrell med rømmesaus.
