Pin

En ny uke står for døren og de aller fleste er tilbake i hverdagen. Det er tidlig opp om morgenen og maskineriet på jobb, skole eller barnehage begynner å surre rundt igjen. Hjemme hos oss blir husstanden  halvert nærmest over natten. Det betyr nye rutiner for oss som er igjen og spennende dager for de som reiser. Men mat må man jo alltid ha, og en god plan er en god forsikring for at hverdagene skal gå litt lettere.

Kanskje det er flere enn meg som synes at det har blitt litt for mye av alt i ferien, og som tar sikte på et litt mer nøkternt kosthold fremover. I så fall kan du ta en titt på menyen nedenfor, for der er det mye av det som er godt for oss – sørlig grønnsaker og sjømat. Jeg ser at det er mange som er interessert i oppskrifter med squash for tiden. Derfor har jeg inkludert en wokrett med squash og reker. Det er en nydelig kombinasjon og en fin måte å starte uken på. Orker du ikke tanken på å pille reker, kan du jo bruke scampi. Bare husk å sjekke at de er bærekraftig fisket. På søndagen foreslår jeg er herlig rett med panerte tynne fileter av kalvekjøtt. Får du ikke tak i det, går det fint an å bruke svinekjøtt også. Bruk ytrefilet og bank den tynn. Godt blir det uansett hva du bruker. Ha en fin uke og vel bekomme!
