Av og til har jeg lyst på noe skikkelig godt uten at jeg har tid, eller kanskje energi til å slå sammen det helt store måltidet. Da er pasta ofte en god løsning. Sånn som denne retten. Den tar ikke særlig mye mer tid å lage, enn det tar å koke pastaen, og den er proppfull av gode smaker. Jeg brukte salsiccia, som er en godt krydret, rå italiensk pølse. Og, om jeg får si det selv, så der det ganske genialt å bruke rå pølse, for kjøttet er allerede godt krydret, så jeg slipper å bruke tid på å finne frem forskjellige krydder og smake meg til en god blanding på kjøttfarsen. Jeg bare fjerner skinnet fra pølsene og deler dem opp i mindre biter, og vips har jeg gode, krydrede små kjøttboller.

En masse friske urter er også med på gjøre denne retten til en smaksbombe. Jeg brukte en blanding av salvie, timian, oregano og bredbladet persille, men alt kan brukes. Bruk det du har og liker.

Ingredienser

  • 400 gr rå salsiccia
  • 2 fedd hvitløk
  • 2 ss olivenolje
  • 1 liten løk
  • 1 pakke cherrytomater
  • friske urter
  • 400 gr tørr pasta

Fremgangsmåte

  • Sett på pastavannet, og kok pastaen som anvist på pakken.
  • Mens pastaen koker lages resten.
  • Skjær et snitt i pølsene slik at du kan dra av skinnet. Riv pølsene i små biter.
  • Finhakk hvitløken og fres pølsebiter og hvitløk i oljen i en stekepanne på middels varme.
  • Når pølsebitene har fått fin farge, tilsettes cherrytomater som er skåret i to.
  • Fres to-tre minutter til slik at tomatene blir varme og faller litt sammen.
  • Hell kokevannet av pastaen og ha pastaen opp i stekepannen med pølseblandingen. Rør godt slik at alt blandes.
  • Strø over rikelig med friske urter.

Server straks med litt revet parmesan og evt. litt mer god olivenolje dryppet over. En blandet grønn salat passer godt ved siden av. Vel bekomme.
