Det er så deilig å ha noen middagstriks i ermet for dager da det skal gå ekstra fort. Pasta med kremet grønnkål og skinke er nettopp en sånn middagsrett. Den tar ikke stort lengre tid å lage enn det tar å koke pastaen, og så smaker den kjempegodt.

Det er mange år siden jeg lagde denne for første gang. Men da brukte jeg spinat og det går selvsagt også veldig fint. Det er en fin erstatning dersom det ikke er grønnkål å få tak i, eller du rett og slett foretrekker det fremfor grønnkål. Uansett hva du velger er begge deler proppfulle av god smak og ting som er bra for deg.

Ingredienser

  • 300 gr grønnkål
  • 3 dl kremfløte
  • 1,5 dl fint revet parmesan
  • 200 gr kokt skinke
  • pepper
  • muskatnøtt
  • pasta til 4 personer

Fremgangsmåte

  • Fjern den grove stilken fra grønnkålen og kok den i 3 minutter.
  • Hell av vannet og legg grønnkålen over i en bolle med iskaldt vann.
  • Hell av dette vannet og klem ut så mye væske som mulig av grønnkålen og finhakk den deretter.
  • Kok opp vann til pastaen og kok den i godt saltet vann som angitt på pakken.
  • Kok opp kremfløten og la den koke litt inn.
  • Skjær skinken i småbiter.
  • Tilsett parmesan, skinke og grønnkål i fløten og varm alt gjennom.
  • Smak til med pepper og muskatnøtt og evt. salt om nødvendig.
  • Bland inn i den nykokte pastaen og server med ekstra parmesan.
