Juli. Blomkål har blitt en helårsgrønnsak, men det er ikke tvil om at den er best akkurat nå midt på sommeren. Derfor har jeg samlet mine 5 beste oppskrifter med blomkål til deg her. Den milde smaken passer godt som tilbehør til nesten hva det skal være av både kjøtt og fisk, men den kan også helt utmerket stå på egne ben og spille hovedrolle.

Dette er en flott salat som passer perfekt på varme dager til allslags grillmat eller som en selvstendig lett rett. I tradisjonell tabbouleh brukes det bulgur, men her er den altså byttet ut med rå, revet blomkål.

Blomkålsuppe med parmesan og bacon

Når blomkålen kokes mør og blendes til en myk og glatt suppe med fløte blir dette en herlig middagsrett. Litt parmesan i suppen gir den et litt spennende løft og sprøstekt bacon er jo alltid en god idé. Dessuten gir det salte baconet her en fin kontrast til den fløyelsmyke suppen.

Dette er en indisk curry med blomkål og poteter i hovedrollen. Det er gurkemeie som gir retten den fantastisk flotte gulfargen.

Ovnsbakt blomkål med urter

Å bake grønnsaker i ovnen er som regel en veldig god idé og blomkål er slett ikke noe unntak. Når den blir bakt i ovnen forsvinner den litt skarpe kålsmaken og blomkålen blir nesten søt og litt nøtteaktig i smaken.

Gratinert blomkål med urter og spekeskinke

Gratinert blomkål er en av mine sommerfavoritter. Denne har fått blandet inn en seriøs mengde urter i den hvite sausen. Sammen med sprø spekeskinke blir dette virkelig snadder.
