Vi skriver mai, og endelig er det norsk aspargessesong, og da passer det jo godt å dele mine 5 beste oppskrifter med asparges. Denne grønnsaken er noe av det beste jeg vet, og ekstra stas er det selvsagt når den norske er i sesong. Asparges er en veldig anvendelig grønnsak som kan tilberedes på mange måter. Den kan kokes, dampes, stekes, grilles, bakes i ovn eller spises rå. Det går også fint an å lage suppe med den eller bruke den i en wok.

Dette er en flott suppe, som passer godt som forrett til en festlig anledning. Den er lett og lage, og kan delvis lages dagen i forveien.

Noen smakskombinasjoner er rett og slett magiske, og etter min mening er asparges, smør og egg en slik kombinasjon. Her har jeg brunet smøret for litt ekstra nøtteaktig smak og posjert egget. Å lage posjert egg er lettere enn ryktet vil ha det til. Les i bloggposten hvordan du enkelt får det til.

Vårsalat

Til denne salaten har jeg høvlet rå asparges i tynne strimler. Det smaker aldeles herlig og gir salaten litt ekstra sprøhet og tyggemotstand. Dessuten synes jeg de lange båndene med hvit midt og grønne kanter er så vakre.

Dette er en virkelig klassiker og en rett som har vært i mitt repertoar i mange år. Dette er en super forrett som er både raffinert og velsmakende.

Asparges med posjert egg og skinke

Igjen kombinasjonen med asparges, egg og smør. Men her er det også litt sprøstekt skinke som gir en fin saltsmak og litt krønsj til retten. Det synes jeg passer ekstra godt til de hvite aspargesene som må kokes helt møre og dermed ikke har den samme tyggemotstanden som de grønne kan ha.
